But,some cells or organisms for the examples fungi and bacteria can breathe do not use free oxygen,and use piruvate acid or acetaldehide as hidrogen aceptor.This respiration is called anaerobic respiration.This analyzing process is called fermentation.&lt;br /&gt;The fermentation is divided into two kinds:&lt;br /&gt;    1. Alcohol fermentation&lt;br /&gt;        The kinds of organisms are bacteria and khamir.&lt;br /&gt;        This fermentation piruvat acid will be changed to alcohol,carbon dioxide and energy.&lt;br /&gt;    2. Lactat acid fermentation&lt;br /&gt;        The kinds of organisms are animals and lactat bacteria.&lt;br /&gt;        This fermentation piruvat acid will be changed to lactat acid and energy.&lt;br /&gt;Anaerobic respiration happen at:&lt;br /&gt;    1. The tissue which less of oxygen.For example muscle tissue ,when run fast or muscle&lt;br /&gt;        contraction is very strong.&lt;br /&gt;    2. The root plants which is in the water.&lt;br /&gt;    3. The seeds which thickintegument can not inter oxygen.&lt;br /&gt;    4. The khamir and anaerobic bacteri.&lt;br /&gt;The raw materials of anaerobic respiration are:glukose,galactose,fructose and manose. Alcohol which has characteristic toxcid for khamir and khamir only resistent toward alcohol 9 - 10 %,if it is more stoped.&lt;br /&gt;Anaerobic respirasi there are:&lt;br /&gt;    1. It does not use free oxygen.&lt;br /&gt;    2. To use piruvate acid or acetaldehide as hydrogen aceptor.&lt;br /&gt;    3. To produce lactat acid or alcohol.&lt;br /&gt;    4.
